A Helium-specific reward multiplier (0–1) that reduces the rewards of a hotspot deployed in a hex cell that already has sufficient coverage from other hotspots.
Transmit scale is computed by the Helium network based on the density of hotspots within a given H3 hex resolution. A scale of 1.0 means full rewards; 0.1 means the hotspot earns 10% of the baseline. Operators in dense urban markets must check their transmit scale before purchasing hardware.
